What Classorra does
Classorra introduces customers to independent professionals for teaching, training, care and related services at home or online. We arrange the introduction, the demo session and ongoing coordination.
Requests and demos
- Submitting a request does not by itself create a booking. We confirm arrangements with you directly.
- The first demo session arranged through Classorra is free.
- We cannot guarantee that a suitable professional is available for every request or every area.
Fees
Fees are discussed and agreed after the demo session. Payment terms are settled between you, Classorra and the professional before regular sessions begin.
Replacement policy
If you are not satisfied after the first demo, tell us and we will try to arrange a replacement professional at no additional charge. Replacements depend on availability in your area and on a reasonable request; this is not an unlimited entitlement.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information so we can match you correctly.
- Provide a safe and appropriate space for in-home sessions.
- Tell us promptly about schedule changes, cancellations or any concern about a professional.
For professionals
- Applying does not guarantee work. We contact applicants whose profile matches an open requirement.
- Information and documents you submit must be true and your own.
- Professionals are expected to keep customer information confidential and to arrange work for Classorra customers through Classorra.
Limits
Professionals engaged through Classorra are independent. We take care in matching and in checking the documents relevant to each role, but we do not accept liability for matters outside our reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to requests made after it is posted.
