Matching is done by our team, by hand. There is no automatic listing and no directory to search through, because choosing a teacher is not the same as ordering a product.

Send your requirement through the request form, or call us. Tell us the subject or service, the area you live in and the timings that suit you.
We find the right professional
A member of our team reads the request and looks through our professionals for someone who fits the subject, level, area and schedule. If we do not have a suitable person yet, we say so instead of sending someone unsuitable.
Take your first free demo
We arrange a demo session at your home or online, at a time you choose. The first demo is free and you are under no obligation afterwards.
Choose what works for you
We ask how the demo went. If you would like to continue, we finalise the schedule and fees with you and the professional. If the fit was not right, we look for a replacement as per our replacement policy.
About the free demo
The first demo session with a professional we arrange is free. It is a real session, not a short introduction, so you can judge how the teaching or service actually works for your family. Fees are discussed only after the demo.
If the fit is not right
Tell us after the demo and we will try to arrange a replacement professional at no extra charge, subject to our replacement policy and availability in your area. We would rather take a second look than have a schedule nobody is happy with.
